The Stroblhof is not a classic hotel, but a historic wine estate. The agricultural cycle is a natural part of everyday life here – and that is exactly what our guests experience. You can taste it in our seasonal, regional cuisine as well as in our wines. We value an open, uncomplicated and down-to-earth approach. The Stroblhof conveys a true sense of arrival and ease.

We live surrounded by greenery and feel deeply connected to nature. Sustainability is not a trend for us, but a mindset. By consciously combining comfort with natural luxury, we shape our hotel and our daily actions to be as environmentally friendly as possible.
At the Stroblhof, there is nothing in excess – but everything in balance.
More than half of our electricity is generated through photovoltaic energy, while our hot water is heated using solar panels. We take waste separation very seriously and encourage our team to treat resources with care. With electric vehicle charging stations, we actively support sustainable mobility.
A natural spring rises on our property, providing fresh drinking water of exceptional quality – right at our doorstep.
From the garden. Into the house. Onto the plate.
In our large farm garden, countless herbs, salad greens and flowers grow. Many of the decorations in both the hotel and the restaurant are made from materials sourced directly from our own garden. During the transitional seasons, Rosi decorates the house with great attention to detail using dried flowers from the previous year.
Our chefs harvest directly from the herb garden – and honestly, you can taste the difference. In summer, salads, tomatoes and a variety of vegetables come fresh from our garden straight to the plate.
