Our rates are per person per day, and include a half board arrangement: a lavish buffet breakfast with regional products and a fine dinner with a choice of dishes from a set menu. Use of our wellness and leisure facilities is also included.

Prices may vary depending on room category, length of stay and current occupancy rate. This flexible pricing model makes early booking especially convenient. Prices include 10% VAT. A €30.00 daily surcharge applies for single occupancy of double rooms. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard.

From 21 March 2024, a local tax of €3.00 per person per day applies (for guests aged 14 years and over). It is not included in our rates and must be paid on site. Price list: as of December 2023. This price list supersedes all previous rates and offers. Subject to changes, errors, typos and printing errors.

Children’s rates

Rates for children and teens sharing their parents’ room, including half board (with two full-paying guests):

- 0–1 year: €12.00
- 1–3 years: €23.00
- 4–6 years: €45.00
- 7–9 years: €65.00
- 10–12 years: €75.00
- 13–15 years: €118.00

From 16 years: 20% discount (shared parents’ room)

Half-board surcharge for B&B arrangement: €30.00 €
Breakfast deduction/surcharge: €12.00
Single occupancy surcharge: €30.00

Bed and breakfast

We deduct €15.00 per person per day from half-board rates for bed and breakfast arrangements. You have the option to dine à la carte in our restaurant or add dinner to your arrangement at the special price of €30.00 per person per day.

Arrival and departure

You room will be available from 3 p.m. on your day of arrival. Please let us know if you are planning to arrive after 6 p.m. On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee a specific room number or floor at the time of booking. Thank you for understanding.

Cancellation and travel insurance

Sometime life happens, and unexpected circumstances might prevent you from travelling. This is why we recommend taking out travel insurance to cover for any cancellation fee.

Pursuant to EU law, cancellation fees may apply in the event of no-show, late arrival or early departure. If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy:

- Bookings cancelled no later than 30 days before arrival: no fee
- Cancellations made 30–14 days before arrival: 30% of the total booking price
- Cancellations made 14–7 days before arrival: 60% of the total booking price
- Cancellations made 7 days before arrival or later: 80% of the total booking price
- Late arrival, early departure or no-show: 80% of the daily rate for every day missed

Dogs

Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement up to a limit of one dog per room. Please remember to bring a dog basket or blanket. Out of consideration for other guests, dogs are not allowed in the spa and dining rooms. The daily rate for canine guests is €20.00 (food not provided). We reserve the right to charge a final cleaning fee.

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard) and by cash (cash payments are allowed up to €4,999.00)
