Our Stroblbad wellness area is designed to help you find your way back to the essentials. Whether it’s in the large, stylish indoor pool, in the warm embrace of the biopool, or in our thermal suite with Finnish saunas, steam bath, biosauna and infrared cabin. Lie back in one of our indoor and outdoor rest areas. Our spa is all about the essentials: your complete relaxation and well-being.
Spa-treatments Monday to Saturday
Pools: daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saunas: daily from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. (more information on the sauna board)
Swimwear is required in the pool area, while we kindly ask you to remove any garment in the sauna area for reasons of hygiene. Please observe silence in the rest areas. The sauna area is reserved to guests aged 16 years and over.
A spa bag with towels for the pools and saunas is provided in your guestroom. Please bring it back with you after use, so we can replace it. Towels are replaced daily.
Wednesdays and Fridays are yoga days at Stroblhof! Our yoga sessions are held by the biopool – weather permitting – or in our winter garden. Yoga promotes relaxation and mental clarity, boosts energy and helps to bring the body, mind and soul back into balance. Not only does it improve strength, flexibility and endurance, it also increases metabolism, supports the musculoskeletal system and helps promote cardiovascular health.
